Payments
Advance payment
We take fifty percent payment before starting any graphic design, video, or website project. Work will not start without advance payment.
Final delivery :
For graphic design and video projects, preview files will be shared with our watermark. Final files without watermark will be delivered only after full payment.
Website projects :
For website work, the client must either provide hosting and domain details or pay us for hosting and domain costs in advance. Website work starts only after hosting and domain are confirmed. Full website access and files are given after complete payment.
No refunds :
Payments are non refundable once the project has started. This includes advance payments.
Revisions and Changes
Revisions :
Each project includes limited revisions, agreed before work starts. Extra revisions or changes may cost extra.
Extra work :
Any request not discussed at the start of the project will be treated as new work and may affect price and delivery time.
Content Rules
Islamic values :
We do not create websites, graphics, or videos that go against Islamic values. This includes adult content, gambling, alcohol promotion, or immoral activities.
No nudity or explicit content :
We do not use music with explicit meaning or images and videos containing half naked or fully naked models in any project.
Client Responsibilities
Client content :
The client must provide correct text, images, logos, and other materials on time. Delays from the client may delay the project.
Approvals :
Once the client approves any design, video, or website section, we are not responsible for changes unless it is our mistake.
Ownership
Ownership after payment :
All final files, website access, and ownership rights are transferred only after full payment.
Portfolio use :
We may show completed work in our portfolio or social media unless the client asks in writing not to.
Timeline
Delivery time :
All timelines are estimates. Delays may happen due to client response time, revisions, or technical issues.
Project Cancellation
Cancellation :
If the client cancels the project after work has started, payments made will not be refunded.
